PRACTICAL INFORMATION

MANDATORY PREREQUISITES​

  • ​From 6 years old 

  • Know how to swim 25 m and know how to immerse yourself

  • Be in good physical condition

EQUIPMENT TO PROVIDE

MANDATORY

  • Water-resistant shoes (flip flops, thongs ans crocs not allowed)

  • A spare set of clothes

  • Something to drink

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

  • Sun protection and swimwear

  • A jacket for the end of the activity and a snack 

  • Possibility to bring your picnic or to reserve it

Having no drinking water on-site, we sell water bottles.

In order to preserve the environment, we invite you to bring your own reusable water jugs.
