Surname, first name, contact details and telephone number are kept for 1 year.
Your e-mail address will be saved and used for sending the newsletter. With each newsletter you will have the possibility to unsubscribe from the newsletter. As soon as you indicate that you no longer wish to receive the newsletter, your e-mail address will be deleted from the file.
